• McDonald's Insurance Program

  After 90 days of active employment, you are eligible to enroll in a group insurance plan sponsored by McDonald's Corporation. Participation is voluntary. Premiums for the plan will be deducted from your pay. Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life and Short Term Disability coverage available.

• Vacation

  After you have worked one year, (CREW):you may request a week off for vacation without being penalized. You will not be paid for that time. (MANAGER): If you have been a manager for one year you may take a week of paid vacation.

  Our goal, with having Aflac insurance available, is to give our policy holders the best coverage and finest service at the lowest possible cost. Aflac's affordable insurance policies help with the rising out-of-pockets expenses associated with medical care. A few Alfac benefits are: Affordable payroll group rates deducted each pay period. Fully portable if you leave work or retire at the same low rate. Local claims assistance. Guaranteed renewable-benefits do not cease or decrease at age 65. Benefits pay regardless of any other insurance.
