Mystery Shops are conducted monthly for each restaurant. If your restaurant passes, bonuses will be destributed through management staff and crew based off Mystery Shop score. Quartely Profit Bonuses are based off Profit and Loss Statement. ROIP Bonuses are bonuses based off corporate scored visits.

Once a month, at each restaurant, a Swing Manager is recognized as the "Swing Manager of the Month" and awarded a bonus based off performance and customer satisfaction.

After two continous years of service, swing managers become eligible for paid vacations.

Each Crew Member is issued three shirts, one hat, one apron (if working in the grill area), and one name badge.

Each Crew Member is allowed to purchase one meal at 50% off during his/her scheduled shift.

Once a month at each restaurant, a Crew Member is recognized as the "Crew Member of the Month" and awarded a bonus based off performance and customer satisfaction.
